Our initial consultation is provided free of charge. If you choose to proceed with our professional financial consultancy services beyond that initial consultation, a consultancy or service fee may apply, depending on the nature and scope of the services provided. Any applicable fee is always communicated to and agreed with you before the paid service begins; no hidden charges are applied.
5. No Guarantee of Approval, Whether or Not a Fee Is Charged
We do not approve or reject any application and do not guarantee that any enquiry, or any paid consultancy engagement, will result in loan or credit approval. Payment of a consultancy or service fee does not, under any circumstance, guarantee loan approval, credit approval, mortgage approval, or approval of any other financial product. Final approval, interest rates, fees, and terms are determined solely by the relevant bank or financial institution, at its sole discretion.
6. Calculators Provide Estimates Only
Any calculators available on the Website (such as loan or mortgage calculators) are provided for illustrative purposes only and produce estimates based on the information you enter. They do not constitute a quote, offer, or guarantee of any kind, and actual rates, fees, and terms offered by a bank may differ.
